RETURNEXCHANGE POLICIES

IMPORTANT:

Please use the (LİNK) Online Returns/Exchange (LİNK)  Form to generate and print your return authorization.

You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase.

All items must include original packaging.

All shoes returned without a shoe box or with the shipping label affixed to the shoe box will be subject to a $10 fee.

Continguous US customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost)
International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways
Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges
Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent
